“Seismos” is a concept album comprising three songs that explore the theme of earthquakes. These powerful natural phenomena are metaphorically linked to the individual fear and shock experienced during a panic attack. The album not only showcases the awe-inspiring beauty of these cataclysmic events but also raises awareness about mental health issues.
